We are here to provide you with a great experience while it is save and follows Government Guidelines.
As these are changing rapidly and without warning just like the virus itself we are offering a change of date within a 12 month period to ensure you will get the party you deserve.
While we know circumstances change we can not offer refunds at this time and appreciate your understanding.
The current restrictions include:
Your contact information is being collected for the purpose of contact tracing in the event of positive COVID 19 diagnosis involving this business, as per the Queensland Chief Health Officers Restrictions on Businesses, Activities and Undertakings Direction (No 4) (or its successor).
Your personal information will be stored securely and destroyed after 56 days, unless otherwise required by Public Health officials in the event of a Coronavirus (COVID – 19) outbreak.
It will NOT be used for marketing or research purposes, given or sold to third parties.
Passenger pre boarding screening:
All passengers must have their temperature taken and recorded prior to boarding. Any passenger with a temperature reading of 38 or above will not be permitted to board.
Passengers displaying flue like symptoms (Cough, Cold, Running nose or elevated temperature) will not be permitted to board.
Once on board, should any passenger then display flue like symptoms, a FACE MASK will be provided and must be worn, refusal will result in termination of your cruise.
