For the safety of all guests, crew and performers – we are required to emphasise the following conditions of carriage and other special conditions that relate specifically to this type of cruise:

Guests showing signs of intoxication will be refused boarding

Maximum 3 hours cruise duration

The captain will terminate the cruise early and without warning should an individual or individuals behave in a manner considered by the captain/crew to be unruly, violent, unsafe, unsanitary or destructive.

Wherever possible, the crew may provide a maximum of 3 warnings for inappropriate behaviour.

Should the Captain elect to terminate the cruise early, there will be no refunds for unused time AND the hirer will forfeit their $500 bond.

Entertainers/waitresses must be treated with respect at all times, and all guests must listen carefully to/follow their rules.
