All ticket holders must familiarise themselves with the full terms and conditions of sale, and the conditions of carriage.
The consumption of illicit substances will result in water police being summoned to the vessel, with offenders removed by water police. Video surveillance operates in all areas of the vessel.
Brisbane Party Cruises practices the responsible service of alcohol, and customers showing signs of intoxication will be offered non-alcoholic beverages or in serious cases, offloaded in to the care of emergency services personnel (e.g ambulance or police).
Any form of violence is strictly prohibited. Guests are reminded that commercial vessels operate under national law, and any offence is classed as a federal offence. The consequences are serious.
Guests are reminded that the Brisbane River is home to one of the largest urban populations of Bull Sharks in the world. There are many submerged objects, and the current flows quickly. Jumping overboard comes with a high risk of fatality, and is strictly prohibited. Anyone who survives such an act will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law (fines exceed $2600.00 per person).
All guests are required to follow all reasonable/safety directions given by the crew, including bar staff, security personnel, deckhands and the captain.
